1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dupla, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

Dupla is a personal and family financial management application that allows you to:

• Manage bank accounts and credit cards
• Record financial transactions
• Create spending estimates and track expenses
• Share finances with your partner
• View reports and financial projections

3. User Account

To use Dupla, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities on your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Dupla offers different subscription plans:

• Monthly: €9,90/month with 7-day free trial (credit card only)
• Annual: €79/year (card, MB WAY, or Multibanco)
• Lifetime: €179 one-time payment (card, MB WAY, or Multibanco)

Payments are processed through Stripe. MB WAY and Multibanco are available only for Annual and Lifetime plans as they don't support recurring payments.

5. Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription portal. For monthly plans, access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dupla only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms. It's prohibited to use the service for fraudulent, illegal activities or those that violate third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dupla is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not responsible for financial decisions made based on app information.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We'll notify users about significant changes via email or through the app.
